90 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed In-Home Trial
You will have peace of mind through knowing you may return the mattress and foundation at anytime during the first 90 days, for whatever reason. If you decide to return your mattress/foundation, Health First Centers will credit you with your full amount of the purchase price, taxes and shipping, minus return shipping. We will arrange pick-up through Tempur-Pedic® national. Please note, pillows and adjustable bases are not part of the 90 day unconditional trial, but are still covered by warranty for any defects or damage.
20 Year Limited Warranty
Your mattress comes with the industry's top warranty. In case of any defect, Tempur-Pedic® will refund the full amount of purchase anytime within the first 10 years. During the next 10 years a prorated charge will be applied to your refund as follows: first year - 50%, each year after 5% additional. For more details see the warranty card attached to your mattress. Note: Health First will have record of your purchase, but we recommend that you register your purchase with Tempur-Pedic® directly by completing the warranty card and mailing it to Tempur-Pedic®.
