1. Drink glass of water immediately upon arising.
2. Eat a big breakfast.
3. Drink eight glasses of distilled water each day.
4. Walk for at least one hour, non-stop, per day.
5. Do not eat after 6 p.m.
6. Absolutely no aspartame or any artificial sweeteners
7. Absolutely no monosodium glutamate
8. Take digestive enzymes
9. Absolutely no diet sodas or diet food
10. No fast food or chain restaurants
11. No high fructose corn syrup
12. No white sugar or white flour
13. Eat only organic meat, poultry and fish
